Standard Bookings

Point-to-point and airport transfer bookings can typically be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice at no charge. Contact us directly for the notice window applicable to your booking.

Event Bookings (Weddings, Proms, Stretch Limousine)

Event bookings, including stretch limousine reservations, may require advance notice for cancellation given vehicle and chauffeur scheduling. Contact us as early as possible to discuss your specific booking.

No-Shows

For airport pickups, we track your flight and allow for reasonable delays at no charge. Extended delays or no-shows without notice may be subject to a fee; contact us with questions about your specific situation.
